17 December 2012 Stasiuk and Meller in Newsweek

"Gorlice lives the provincial life. The renovation of the market square is finally over and it looks good. The municipal open market has a hopeless location, that you have to go to England, that it is expensive, that someone has died, that someone is a wretch, while someone else is a decent man. We can say that there is little heroism in this narration, but this seems to indicate that the county will survive. Even in conditions of limited sovereignty," says Andrzej Stasiuk in a conversation with Marcin Meller published in the latest issue of Newsweek.
