6 September 2013 Learn creative writing from Marek Krajewski

How to create a perfect hero? How to prepare yourself for writing? What should you keep in mind while constructing your plot? Is it really necessary to have an outline of a novel drafted in advance? How to put words into a sentence? You will learn this and many other things from Marek Krajewski! Take part in an unusual literary competition – Warsztat pisarza [Writer’s Workshop] – and perfect your writing skills at the Conrad Festival! The Krakow Festival Office and the ZNACZY SIĘ New Art Foundation would like to encourage you to participate in a competition and try to win free creative writing workshops run by Marek Krajewski – an author of best selling detective stories, a classicist and an experienced teacher. You may enter excerpts from your writing until the 30th of September. A jury, which consists of editors from Krakow publishing houses, will select a group of people with whom the writer will work for four days. Don’t wait until last minute, start writing now!

Workshops run by Marek Krajewski will take place from the 24th-27th of October 2013, in Krakow, and will be concluded with an open lecture by the author of detective stories.

You are most welcome to join in!
