Andrus Kivirähk

Estonian novelist, playwright and journalist. Nominated for the ANGELUS Central European Literature Award in 2021 for his novel The Man Who Spoke Snakish. Also in 2021, his novel Rehepapp ehk november (November Currants), which has been an Estonian best-seller for years, was published in Poland. It was the basis for the film November, which was the Estonian candidate for the Oscar award in 2018 and was shot, among others, in Poland.
