
Dionisios Sturis

Born in Greece in 1983 and raised in Poland. Journalist and writer. Author of press and radio reports, podcasts and numerous reportage books (his latest book Zachód słońca na Santorini. Ciemniejsza strona Grecji [A Sunset at Santorini. The Darker Side of Greece] deals with present-day Greece and Greek identity). He writes about various aspects of migration, European politics on refugees and identity issues. He has been nominated many times for prestigious journalistic awards, e.g., the Grand Press Award, the Ryszard Kapuściński Polish Press Agency Award, the Ryszard Kapuściński Award for literary reportage and the Maciej Płażyński Award.
