PhD in law, specialising in intellectual property law and unfair competition. Assistant Professor at the Institute of Private Law of the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, member of the Centre for Design, Fashion and Advertising Law at the University of Silesia. Author of numerous scientific publications and the book Prawo dla filmowców, as well as columns on legal issues published in the Film&TvKamera quarterly. For the past few years she has been running her blog – sPRAWNa EDUKACJA, where she focuses on film issues (www.sprawnaedukacja.pl). Permanently cooperates with Katarzyna Jasińska’s law firm in Kraków, where she advises the Polish Screenwriters Guild, book authors and translators, among others.
