Joanna Grochocka

visual artist, author of book and press illustrations, posters, murals and installations. She has collaborated with Wydawnictwo Dwie Siostry publishing house, Tygodnik Powszechny, Krytyka Polityczna, MaleMEN, Znak, and Charaktery. Her works were featured in numerous projects and exhibitions (including in Warsaw, Paris, Venice, Krakow, Padua, Berlin, and London). She graduated philosophy from the University of Gdańsk; she studied graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in the city. Author of Miłość Asteników, a blog with illustrated excerpts from literary works. Editor of the Przekrój quarterly.
