A new film by Hirokazu Koreeda, the author of the Palme d'Or-winning Shoplifters. It tells the story of a man who trades in abandoned newborn babies. One day he is approached by a mother who wants to get back her infant left in the window of life. The protagonists set out to find the infant together. The journey will lead them to places they never had expected.
Song Kang-ho, also known from the film Parasite, received the Palme d’Or 2022 at Cannes for his role in Broker.
