Jakob Wegelius

Swedish author and illustrator of children’s books, two-time winner of the August Prize, Sweden’s most important literary award, and winner of the Nordic Council Literature Prize. Two of his books have been published in Poland by the Zakamarki publishing house: The Legend of Sally Jones and The Murderer's Ape, both translated by Agnieszka Stróżyk, and the third, Esperanza, will have its première during the Conrad Festival.
