Paweł Reszka

(b. 1969) – a journalist; from 2003 to 2006 he was a correspondent of the Rzeczpospolita daily in Moscow, from 2006 to 2009 he was Head of the Investigative Department of the Dziennik daily, since 2013 he has been a member of the editorial staff of the Tygodnik Powszechny weekly. In 2007, his book Miejsce po imperium [A Place Left After the Empire] was published, and years 2010 and 2011 brought two other books: Daleko od Wawelu [Far from Wawel] oraz Daleko od miłości [Far From Love] (both written together with Michał Majewski). He received a MediaTory award in the “provocator” category (together with Michał Majewski) in 2008 and the Andrzej Woyciechowski Award for a cycle of articles on the Smoleńsk plane crash (again together with Michał Majewski) in 2010.
