Sabine Scholl

Graduate of German studies and theatre studies at the University of Vienna. In 1987, she published a monograph about Unice Zürn. Writer and lecturer at universities in Chicago, New York, Nagoi and Vienna and at the Deutsches Literaturinstitut in Leipzig and the Universität der Künste in Berlin. She is the author of novels, essays, poems, plays and radio dramas. Juror of the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition in Klagenfurt and the International Literary Prize at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin. She is a member of the German PEN Centre.
