Winner of the Literatura na Świecie award for translation and the Andrzej Siemek Award for Stories of the Eye. Member of the jury of the Gdynia Literary Award. He has translated texts by Baudelaire, Nerval, Bataille, Leiris, Sartre, Barthes, Caillois, Starobinski, Didi-Huberman and Le Corbusier and a comic series Ariol into Polish. Guitarist of the Columbus Duo band. He works at the Faculty of Languages of the University of Gdańsk.
