Zofia Szpojankowska

a graduate of the Stefan Żeromski Accounting High School in Warsaw. She has worked in the book industry since the 1970s. For 15 years she ran the now-legendary Lexicon bookstore in Warsaw's Nowy Świat, she has also worked at the Warsaw Bookstore, or Bookstore of the Polish Underground State Foundation, in the former PAST building on Zielna Street and at Klawa Księgarnia. She is a member of the jury in the Warsaw’s Favourite Bookstore contest. She has been professionally active for more than 48 years. President of the Association of Polish Booksellers.
