How to learn in a changing world?
Hosted by: Tomasz Misztal
The workshop combines learning, reading and juggling - as a metaphor for balance and neuroplasticity. Participants will discover practical methods for training the brain and memory to better absorb knowledge and find their way in a changing world. Juggling exercises will become a tool for experiencing 'radical hope' - showing that even from apparent chaos, rhythm, harmony and new skills can be discovered. The meeting is interactive and inspiring - it invites people to reflect on how to combine learning, literature and movement in everyday life.
