Anna Beata Háblová

Anna Beata Háblová

poet, writer, architect and urban planner. She has published poetry collections Kry (2013), Rýhy (2015), Nevypínejte (2018) and poems in the literary magazines Host, Tvar, Weles and Pandora. She organises poetry, art and architecture evenings at the Dominikánská 8 Cultural Centre in Prague. She received the Young Architect Award 2010 and the Young Planning Professionals Award 2012 for her architectural projects and theoretical work. In 2017, she published the science comic Města zdí about the history, interpretation and first solutions to the issue of shopping centres in relation to the city. Since 2018, he has been a contributor to the Ranní úvahy (Morning Reflections) broadcast in Radio Vltava. Her latest book on the borderline of genres Nemísta měst (2019) deals with neglected, ephemeral and silenced places.
