British writer and filmmaker (graduated from the University of Exeter), creator of independent documentaries. Member of the Royal Geographical Society. Lover of old maps, which was reflected in his book The Phantom Atlas, recently released in Polish as Atlas lądów niebyłych (2017), in which he tells the story of the greatest and most fascinating cartographic mistakes of modern times.
