Jan-Werner Müller

(born in 1970) – German historian and political scientist. Professor at the Faculty of Politics at Princeton University in the US. Associated with the most important press titles all over the world, including Die Zeit, Sueddeutsche Zeitung, the London Review of Books, Foreign Affairs and The Guardian. In his work, he deals mainly with the history of European totalitarianism in the 20th century. Author of many publications, including two, that were translated into Polish: Przeciw demokracji. Idee polityczne XX wieku w Europie (2016) and Co to jest populizm? (2017).
