Karina Mucha

Psychologist and university professor, author of textbooks and curricula for early childhood and preschool education, reading promoter. She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University and the University of Warsaw. She works with students at the Jagiellonian University and SWPS University, additionally she runs lectures for teachers and school principals. She is a voivodeship coordinator of the ABCXXI Foundation - All of Poland Reads to Kids and a member of the Association of Friends of Books for Young People – Polish Section of IBBY. Co-organiser of the “CzytaMY” National Reading Promotion Contest. Owner of the Psychologia Edukacyjna company. For popularizing reading among children and teachers, she received the Medal of Merit for Polish Culture from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.
