Natasza Goerke

prose writer and poet. Graduate of Polish studies at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and oriental studies at the Jagiellonian University. She debuted in 1994 with her book Fractale. In 2002 she published 47 na odlew (Backhander 47), for which she was nominated to the Nike Literary Award. In 2017, her book Tam (There) won the Amber Butterfly Award in the Arkady Fiedler Competition and was nominated for the Beata Pawlak Award.
