Veronika Janatkova

Czech director and film producer. Active mainly in the field of documentary film, focusing on political and social problems. She has worked on topics of the textile trade, the dynamics of global relations between the South and the North, contemporary feminist movements in Rwanda and the realities of the post-Soviet caucasus. She is the co-founder and programming director of DokuBaku IDFF, the first independent documentary film festival in Baku, Azerbaijan.
